Standard FAQs

1. Can I walk in and dine at iMiirage without making any reservations?
Yes, you can but it is subjected to availability. We encourage you to kindly make your reservations to avoid disappointment and to enjoy a 25% Freshest Food Discount via the MeCanOrder app.

2. My preferred date to dine at iMiirage is fully booked on the MeCanOrder app, can I make reservations via E-Mail or other social media platforms such as iMiirage’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc?
We are afraid that there’s nothing we can do for you as iMiirage runs on a strict system run by MeCanOrder. Our social media channels do not handle reservations. Perhaps you could try another date?

3. I can’t seem to be able to book for lunch/dinner on a specific date, the option is simply not available, please help!
If the options for lunch/ dinner is not available, it could probably because that specific time slot is fully booked, another date/time maybe?

4. My reservation to dine at iMiirage states for me to dine for lunch between 11.15am to 2.30pm or between 6.00pm to 10.00pm for dinner but I could only make it at 1.00pm or 8.00pm. Does that mean I will have to sit in the entire duration of the meal?
No, iMiirage serves meals within those hours and you could come anytime from 11.15 am onwards for lunch or from 6.00 onwards for dinner.

However, our last call for food for lunch and dinner sessions ar at 2.00pm and 9.30pm respectively.

We recommend that it is best if you could arrive at iMiirage at least an hour before the lunch or dinner session ends (1.30pm for lunch and 9.00pm for dinner) to allow you to properly enjoy your meal.

5. I would like to postpone my reservation to dine at iMiirage to a later date. How should I go about completing this?
You could access your reservation via the MeCanOrder App and edit your details from your mobile device.

6. The MeCanOrder app says my reservation to dine at iMiirage is successful and I’ve not gotten my Confirmation Email. How can I verify or check on the status of my booking?
Kindly drop us an Email from the Contact Us section and leave us your Name, Contact Number and your email address that is registered to the MeCanOrder app and we will get our restaurant operator to contact you soon.

Kindly send us the email with this subject:
Confirmation email needed for reservation on (date of reservation)

Do let us know if there isn’t any response from iMiirage’s operational staff within three days.

7. I’m thinking of having a private function at iMiirage. Whom do I contact for this?
Kindly drop us an Email from the Contact Us section and leave us your Name, Contact Number and the date of your desired function and we will get our restaurant operator to contact you soon.

Do let us know if there isn’t any response from iMiirage’s operational staff within three days.

8. I would like to celebrate my Birthday/Anniversary, are there any Special Packages?
We do not have any special packages or set menu cater to that, however do send us a remark while making your reservation and perhaps your meal might come with a special surprise!

9. Will you be changing themes soon?
We do not know exactly how long will the underwater theme lasts, and the next theme will remain a mystery. So please follow us on our social media site for more exciting updates!
